Company digitalisationfrom one process to the whole organisation

I move the company's work onto systems and choose them for the company, not the company for a system.

01

When

  • Too much of the work is done by hand, on paper and in Excel: reports glued together from several files, data retyped from one system into another, documents hunted for through folders.

  • The systems are not connected to each other: the same data is entered in several places, and some of it never reaches where it is needed.

  • There is no clear view and no control: no single place that shows what is happening in the company, who is doing what and how far the work has got.

  • The company is preparing to grow and the systems will not carry it: a new branch or a new sales channel, while the work still rests on files and manual steps.

02

What I do

What is there today

I check what the company really works on: which systems, which files and which manual steps sit between them. I name the places where people copy data from one place to another.

Choosing the solutions

I compare solutions against requirements written down beforehand, not against a vendor's catalogue. I am tied to no manufacturer and I take no commission. What goes into the plan is what pays the company back: a system, an integration, an automation or order in a single process.

Implementation and handover

I implement in stages, with the migration of data and processes, and I teach people to work on the new thing. Everything is registered in the company's name, and a package is finished when someone from the team runs it.

What the plan can contain

  • ERP and CRM
  • System integrations
  • Applications and portals
  • Online shop
  • Cloud and backups
  • Document flow automation
  • Data and reports
  • Monitoring
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Knowledge base
  • Data migration
  • Security and access
  • Electronic documents and signature
  • Till system (POS)

These are examples, not a list.

How it works

  1. First conversation

    free
    What happens

One or two conversations about the company: its goals, its problems and what you want to change. Plus a short form of questions, so that I understand the situation in the company.

    What you get

A first analysis: which areas of the company I could go into, how I see what I can help with, and a first list of recommendations.

    How long it takes

At most two meetings and a few days of my work.

    What I need from you

Those meetings and the form filled in.

  2. Analysis

    What happens

If after the first conversation we decide to work together, I begin the analysis: I go into the company's problems, I talk to its people, I walk through the processes step by step.

    What you get

A picture of the company in numbers and a register of its problems with what each one costs. We go through it together, point by point.

    How long it takes

From two weeks to three months, depending on the size of the company and how involved you are.

    What I need from you

A mandate for the analysis and access to the information.

  3. Plan of changes

    What happens

On the basis of the analysis I lay out a plan of changes in stages: the solutions to the company's problems, the price of each stage, the problems it closes and the return on the investment it brings.

    What you get

A plan we go through together over several reviews: you take the strategic decisions, the plan holds to your goals, it does not disturb the company's daily work, and you know where every decision leads.

    How long it takes

From two weeks to a month: I go through the analysis once more, work out the solutions that fit the company, and we hold the reviews of the plan.

    What I need from you

Time for the reviews of the plan, and decisions.

  4. Implementation in stages

    What happens

I implement every package of work myself or with a team under my direction.

    What you get

Systems and solutions turnkey, in packages of work that start running and solving the company's problems at once, with the return on the investment in the time agreed. Everything registered to the company: domains, accounts, subscriptions and keys. Plus the documentation and an operating manual.

    How long it takes

Separately for each package, according to the plan.

    What I need from you

A mandate to work and access to the information, the systems and the people the implementation needs.
