Company optimisationanalysis and a plan of changes

I find out where the company loses time and money, and lay out a plan of changes after which it earns more and takes less of your time.

When

  • Time or money is leaking somewhere, but you cannot see where: the result is worse than it should be and nobody can point to the place.

  • People are under constant load, but profit and margin do not grow: hiring more people is not worth it or is hard, and you want the margin to go up.

  • You want more from the company: to earn more, to run more on its own and to take less of your time.

What I do

The picture of the company

I spend days at the company and talk to you, to the directors, to the teams and to the people doing the work. Out of that I build the picture of the processes: how the work runs from the order to the money, who answers for what and how well they cope, where the holes in the processes are and what runs on what.

The register of problems

I price every problem I find in your own units: in money, hours, delays or lost orders. I go through them with you one by one, so that nothing in the picture comes as a surprise at the end.

The plan and the implementation

The register turns into work packages ordered by the weight of the change and the earliest return of money. Every package has a price and a measure of the effect. I implement in stages, package by package.

What the plan can contain

  • Process automation
  • Data and reports
  • Monitoring
  • System integrations
  • System migrations
  • Cost optimisation
  • Team and role structure
  • Receivables control
  • Task planning and control
  • Knowledge base and procedures
  • Artificial intelligence in processes
  • Purchasing and suppliers
  • Document flow

These are examples, not a list.

How it works

  1. First conversation

    free
    What happens

One or two conversations about the company: its goals, its problems and what you want to change. Plus a short form of questions, so that I understand the situation in the company.

    What you get

A first analysis: which areas of the company I could go into, how I see what I can help with, and a first list of recommendations.

    How long it takes

At most two meetings and a few days of my work.

    What I need from you

Those meetings and the form filled in.

  2. Analysis

    What happens

If after the first conversation we decide to work together, I begin the analysis: I go into the company's problems, I talk to its people, I walk through the processes step by step.

    What you get

A picture of the company in numbers and a register of its problems with what each one costs. We go through it together, point by point.

    How long it takes

From two weeks to three months, depending on the size of the company and how involved you are.

    What I need from you

A mandate for the analysis and access to the information.

  3. Plan of changes

    What happens

On the basis of the analysis I lay out a plan of changes in stages: the solutions to the company's problems, the price of each stage, the problems it closes and the return on the investment it brings.

    What you get

A plan we go through together over several reviews: you take the strategic decisions, the plan holds to your goals, it does not disturb the company's daily work, and you know where every decision leads.

    How long it takes

From two weeks to a month: I go through the analysis once more, work out the solutions that fit the company, and we hold the reviews of the plan.

    What I need from you

Time for the reviews of the plan, and decisions.

  4. Implementation in stages

    What happens

I implement every package of work myself or with a team under my direction.

    What you get

Systems and solutions turnkey, in packages of work that start running and solving the company's problems at once, with the return on the investment in the time agreed. Everything registered to the company: domains, accounts, subscriptions and keys. Plus the documentation and an operating manual.

    How long it takes

Separately for each package, according to the plan.

    What I need from you

A mandate to work and access to the information, the systems and the people the implementation needs.
